Clymer represents clients in custody, divorce, support, enforcement and modification of agreements, same sex rights, domestic violence, paternity, child abuse and neglect, and adoption. Clymer is also an experienced mediator with twenty years of experience mediating family matters. Clymer also regularly mediates disputes regarding education law and employment law. Clymer provides constructive counsel and advocates for his clients and parties in working out settlements and in vigorously representing his clients in court. He is dedicated to working with individuals, families, and groups through difficult and trying periods of their lives.

Clymer earned his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he helped found the Journal on Policy, Law, and Ethics and worked in the Mediation Clinic. He has mediated disputes in Philadelphia Family Court for the last 10 years and served as a mentor and teacher to other aspiring mediators. Clymer earned his bachelor’s degree from Middlebury College and was a history teacher before becoming a lawyer.

Clymer is active in the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Family Law Section and Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Family Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution Sections. Clymer assists clients in the five county Philadelphia area.
